Who is Pawfect Behaviour?
Pawfect Behaviour is owned and run by Aimee – a qualified animal behaviourist in Dubai with a passion for animals helping people understand them better, from making the initial appointment through the entire training journey it will be Aimee you are dealing with.
Aimee grew up in a very animal loving family, in fact it is was often joked that she grew up in a zoo. As a result of this early interaction she has always found herself with a natural affinity. So she naturally wanted to understand as much as possible about how animals think, what they’re feeling and how we can use this to make lives better.
Realising that not all animals led the happy and fulfilled lives, it became her mission to change that where possible. So focussed was Aimee on this mission, she set about learning about all different types of animals, both in a physical and an academic setting. This meant working part time with animals such as horses, dogs, cats and small animals whilst studying their behaviour, their physiology and anatomy. This led to Aimee achieving two Animal Behaviour degrees in the United Kingdom, as well as plenty of hands on practical experience in reading body language, training and improving welfare and understanding as a result.
Aimee’s passion is not just training animals and helping humans to understand their world a little better, but helping owners understand animals better too. No complicated language, no big long fancy words. Just easy, well communicated knowledge. For Aimee it is all about sharing her love, knowledge and experience:
“I love being able to help others. Seeing pet owners have that ‘eureka’ moment with their pets, the break through that means they understand each other a little better, is why I do this. Time and again, I get so happy when I see the impact those moments have.”
